Dave Skowronski is a self-motivated, take charge, multi-tasking, non-linear wizard. He can coax more things out of a digital system than even the software designers imagined. He has an intuitive sense of story line and can create a first rate working cut with nothing more than a pile of tape to work from (no doubt a talent cultivated during years of producing movie trailers with only that for input). If there’s such a thing as a one man band (or orchestra) in this business, Dave would be it. He just as comfortable creating graphics, tweaking sound effects or composing bed music as he is crafting a tight and flowing video sequence. While all this makes him stand above so many in the field, perhaps his most impressive characteristic is his absolute pride in the art and craft of post-production. While he is, no doubt, the most efficient editor I have worked with, he never compromises when it comes to quality.

Dave Skowronski and I have been working together for almost 4 years on live event video production. Together we have produced dozens of videos, all on location with short deadlines.
